Corina's Sugar Shack started in a family kitchen with one very good vanilla recipe and a lot of sprinkles. Today, it's the go-to for Long Island parents, party planners, and brides who want a cake that actually tastes as good as it looks.
Every order is baked from scratch, decorated by hand, and made just for you — no cases of frozen supermarket cake here. Tell Corina about the birthday, the baby, the couple, or the just-because — she'll design a sweet that fits.

How much lead time do you need?+
At least 7 days for custom cakes and 3 days for cupcakes and cookies. For weddings and larger events, please reach out 4–6 weeks ahead.
Do you deliver?+
Pickup is available across Long Island. Delivery can be arranged for a fee based on distance — just mention it when you reach out.
Do you offer allergy-friendly options?+
Yes — gluten-free and dairy-free options are available on request. Let us know when you inquire.
How do I pay?+
A deposit reserves your date. Final payment is due before pickup. Corina will send payment details after confirming your order.
